🎬 1. What We Offer

HypeEditz provides short-form and long-form video editing services for creators, influencers, and brands. Every project is tailored to your needs, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitle creation.

💳 2. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Payoneer. We never collect or store your banking or credit card details. Payoneer uses advanced encryption and global security standards to protect your data. Once work begins, payments are considered final.

⚙️ 3. Plans & Delivery

  • Basic Plan: 1 short video (up to 60s) — delivered within 2 days, includes 3 revisions.
  • Standard Plan: 2 short videos — delivered within 3 days, includes 3 revisions.
  • Premium Plan: 5 short videos — delivered within 5 days, includes 5 revisions.

Revisions can be requested within 7 days after delivery. Additional changes beyond the included limit may require an extra fee.

🚫 4. Refunds

Because our services are fully digital and customized, refunds are not available once the editing process has started. We offer revisions to make sure your video meets your expectations. For details, see our Refund Policy.

📦 5. File Upload & Ownership

By sending us your footage, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials. Once the final video is delivered and payment is complete, you own full rights to the final product. HypeEditz may feature parts of your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

🕒 6. Delivery Time

We do our best to meet every deadline. If there’s a delay caused by technical or communication issues, you’ll be informed immediately and offered a new delivery schedule.

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

HypeEditz is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to project delays, lost files, or misuse of final content. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
